(CC) who may benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy, especially in cases where nodal assessment is inadequate. A total of 138
patients undergoing resection were analyzed, revealing lymphovascular invasion (LVI) as a significant negative prognostic
factor for overall survival (OS). These findings suggest that LVI presence could serve as a potential criterion for adjuvant
chemotherapy selection in CC patients after surgical resection
<Email>Venkata@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>9</volume><issue>2</issue><year>2019</year><keyword> Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, Hilar cholangiocarcinoma, Adjuvant chemotherapy, Lymphovascular invasion, Overall survival</keyword><AUTHORS>Dr Anurag Chitranshi,Dr Murali Krishna Reddy CT,Dr T Venkata Ravi Kumar</AUTHORS><afflication>Associate Professor, Department of General Surgery, Viswabarathi Medical College & General Hospital, RT Nagar, Penchikalapadu, Kurnool, India,Associate Professor, Department of General Surgery, Viswabarathi Medical College & General Hospital, RT Nagar, Penchikalapadu, Kurnool, India,Associate Professor, Department of General Surgery, Viswabarathi Medical College & General Hospital, RT Nagar, Penchikalapadu, Kurnool, India</afflication></Article></Articles>
