such relationship was observed during consciousness. Additionally, SPI values reliably predicted adrenocorticotropic hormone
(ACTH) levels. This highlights SPI's potential as a predictor of stress hormone dynamics under anesthesia.
<Email>Samala@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>9</volume><issue>2</issue><year>2019</year><keyword>Surgical Pleth Index (SPI), General anesthesia, Stress hormones, Target-controlled infusion, Elective surgery.</keyword><AUTHORS>Dr Chaitanya Vatluri,Dr Samala Kartika Balaji</AUTHORS><afflication>Assistant Professor, Department of Anaesthesiology, Katuri Medical College & Hospital, Chinakondrupadu, Guntur, India,Assistant Professor, Department of Anaesthesiology, Katuri Medical College & Hospital, Chinakondrupadu, Guntur, India</afflication></Article></Articles>
